Up Close And Personal

Constantine J. Passodelis, or Dean to his friends and colleagues, chairs the firm's professional liability practice group defending claims against laboratories, medical device manufacturers and distributors, dialysis providers, hospitals and physicians.  Dean also actively represents clients engaged in the business of employee relocation, time share management, and commercial and residential real estate management and sales.  Dean provides services for several valued clients on a regional and national level and serves as a member of a national health care steering committee formed by ALFA International.

Dean is a graduate of Bucknell University where he majored in philosophy, served on the crew team, and studied in France and Switzerland. In 1992 he earned his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh and joined Meyer Darragh, where he became an equity partner in 2001.  Dean chairs the firm's executive committee and professional liability practice group.  He also serves on the firm's Compensation Committee.  Professionally, Dean has been an active member of the Defense Research Institute, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Out of the office, Dean enjoys time with his family. Married to Ann Weiskircher Passodelis, a former North Allegheny High School chemistry teacher, Dean has two sons born in 1998 and 2001.
