Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1958.  Also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
 

Assistant District Attorney, 1966-1969, and District Attorney, 1969-1972 Westmoreland County. Delegate, Pennsylvania Constitutional Convention, 1967-1968. Member, Pennsylvania State Senate, 1972-1974.
