Up Close And Personal

Scott is a trial attorney who has, for more than 25 years, handled thousands of matters for insurance carriers and other businesses.  He has tried hundreds of cases to juries, judges and arbitration panels.  The primary focus of his practice is general accident litigation, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith liability.

Scott also has substantial alternate dispute resolution experience, having represented clients in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations in state court, federal court and private proceedings.  He has also served as an arbitrator and mediator inside and outside of the court systems.

Scott has served on the firm's Executive and Compensation Committees and has managed the firm's paralegals.  Outside of the firm, Scott has been extremely active in youth sports.  He is the past president of the Mt. Lebanon Baseball Association, a past board member for the Mt. Lebanon High School Hockey Association, and, for the past 15 years, has run the Allegheny County Bar Association Basketball League.  Scott also manages the Mt. Lebanon American Legion Baseball team.
