MEYER DARRAGH ANNOUNCES RESULTS

OF RECENT EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND MANAGING ATTORNEY ELECTIONS

Pittsburgh, PA  The law firm of Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebenek & Eck, P.L.L.C., recently held elections for one Executive Committee member post and the firm’s Managing Attorney position.

               Constantine J. ("Dean") Passodelis was re-elected to a position on the firm’s Executive Committee. Serving his second three-year term, Mr. Passodelis rejoins Eric N. Anderson and Scott A. Millhouse to comprise the firm’s three-member Executive Committee.

               Dean is a 1989 graduate of Bucknell University and earned his law degree in 1992 from the University of Pittsburgh. His practice is focused in representing healthcare entities including clinical laboratories, integrated dialysis providers, and medical device manufacturers regionally and nationally.

               Marie Milie Jones was re-elected to serve a third consecutive three-year term as the firm’s Managing Attorney. Beginning in the firm’s Managing Attorney position at age 35, she became the youngest female to head up a major law firm in Pittsburgh’s history.

              Born and raised in Greensburg, Ms. Jones is a cum laude graduate of Duquesne University and its law school. A resident of Cranberry, Marie is married to Cameron Jones, the owner of the Northland Ford and Northland Lincoln-Mercury car dealerships in Butler County.

              Ms. Jones practices in the area of civil rights and employment litigation, representing public officials as well as private sector employers.
