MEYER DARRAGH ATTORNEY APPOINTED TO PENNSYLVANIA LAWYERS FUND FOR CLIENT SECURITY
 

Eric N. Anderson, a partner and executive committee member of Meyer Darragh Buckler Bebenek & Eck, PLLC, has been appointed by the Supreme Court to serve a three year term on the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security Board.

The Fund was created in 1992 for the purpose of providing reimbursement to individuals whose lawyers have misappropriated the funds of their clients. The Board is comprised of seven members, all of whom are appointed by the Supreme Court and serve without compensation.

“I consider this appointment an honor and look forward to serving the Fund in this capacity,” said Mr. Anderson.

A graduate of Colgate University and the University of Pittsburgh Law School, Mr. Anderson has developed a reputation as an outstanding trial attorney, representing corporate and organization clients in aviation, banking, commercial litigation, insurance, personal injury, products liability, and transportation. He is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. In addition, Mr. Anderson continues his life-long commitment to legal representation for all citizens with his membership in the Neighborhood Legal Services Association through which he provides pro bono legal work to plaintiffs in Protection from Abuse hearings.
