ATTORNEY HARLAN S. STONE
JOINS MEYER DARRAGH

— Meyer, Darragh,
Buckler, Bebenek & Eck, P.L.L.C., is pleased to announce that
Harlan S. Stone has joined the firm as a partner in the
Pittsburgh office. Attorney Stone brings to the firm more than
20 years’ experience with a concentration in the practice of
municipal law and commercial litigation.
“Mr. Stone’s extensive experience will have a positive
impact on our municipal clients,” noted Marie Milie Jones, the
firm’s Managing Partner. “His addition to the firm adds to the
depth of our municipal and commercial practices and broadens the
quality services we provide to our clients.”
A 1976 graduate of Brown University, Mr. Stone earned his
law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in
1979. He is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and the United
States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
After serving for two years as a trial attorney in the
Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Stone joined the
firm of Stone and Stone where, along with his father Robert and
his brother Andrew, he spent over twenty years developing a
general practice representing local governments, municipal
authorities, zoning hearing boards, taxpayers, small businesses
and mortgage companies. Harlan has extensive experience as a
trial lawyer, having tried many cases to verdict in the state
and federal courts. He regularly counsels clients on matters
involving employment practices, lender liability, commercial
transactions, and civil rights.
